- Helped Paloma go from 0 to 1 by building and owning a gen AI-powered story book generator that tailors stories to a child's specific reading level, and personalizes it to include them and their interests as part of the narrative. - Stay updated on and implemented a system with the state of the art LLMs and LMMs for both text and image generation, product managed and built tooling for it, and manage the operations team and stakeholders that rely on it.- Hired and managed team of over a dozen remote content moderators and prompt engineers to produce and deliver personalized story books to families on a weekly basis.

- Helped Canopy go from 0 to 1. Responsibilities include advising, management and app development. Canopy is a social app designed to support content creators in their careers.

- Long-time leader on our Consumer Marketplace efforts, helping lead and execute dozens of roadmap initiatives and growing the Affirm mobile app from processing ~$100M to over $1B in annual loan volume and supporting MMs of active users. - Inherited and turned around a struggling mobile team of 4, which I grew to an org of 33, with a layer of line managers and tech leads distributed across multiple time zones and countries. Owned on-call, release process, CI/CD, testing, analytics, design system, app architecture and technical direction.- I helped incept the company’s Super App initiative, designing and launching an information architecture that would support Affirm’s growing product suite.
