Dedicated to the exploring the ever-expanding boundaries of human potential, we intertwined product and experience and fitness for professional and serious endurance and uphill athletes. - Oversaw the athlete nutrition innovation and product development - Designed, curated and executed exploration and adventure programs with athletes - Developed concept and launched restaurant in mountain resort developing local hill tribe farmer development implementing regenerative farming techniques to organic, non GMO, grass fed, whole foods to restaurant and meal plan business. Worked with head chef to develop unique and functional dishes to fuel pro and amateur athletes. - Developed culturally rich adventure experiences and multi-day adventures within ultra trail running, ultra cycling/bikepacking, triathalon, kayaking, rock climbing communities including routes, logistics, curated experiences including custom athlete nutrition plans.Managed large scale marketing events and activations including the premier UTMB by Thailand ultra marathon trail race (The world's only operating UTMB race globally in 2020). - Changed my personal health and fitness training by working, training and living with elite athletes, learning all coaching, training, nutrition and recovery methods. Became self case study losing 50lbs and placing in top 10 premiere ultra trail running races. - Company changed my life and mission to take creative and marketing skills to public health and wellness instead of pushing big food, big alcohol, big oil, big pharma globally.
