I have over 14 years’ experience in the financial services industry (including 13 in superannuation) and over 5 years’ experience as a senior Financial Services Manager, leading two Employer Engagement and Advice teams spread across Victoria.In this role I built up awareness and engagement with our key accounts and employers throughout Eastern and Western Victoria. I led, supported, and coached a team of Key Account Managers across both regions to develop and deliver tailored account plans and education services, with the goal of growing active membership for the fund.It was my responsibility to lead the teams to meet year on year growth targets, to negotiate new partnership agreements, maintain ongoing partnership agreements, along with actively searching for new opportunities to increase brand awareness.
