I have rich experience uncovering business insights, measuring performance, identifying areas for revenue growth, and coordinating complex platform enhancements at large financial services firms.Studying Geographic Information Systems at Miami University ignited my love for gleaning insights from data. I applied those skills to good effect in my first few roles by building rich profiles of the bank’s customers, collating activity-based data from systems into actionable customer insights, and building sophisticated models to inform the bank’s distribution strategy. I have since rounded out my skillset stepping into director positions with an emphasis on strategic planning, complex project coordination, and revenue growth initiatives. I have held leadership roles in Consumer, Small Business, Commercial, and Corporate Banking organizations.The (deliberate) exposure to business lines across the platform has tuned me in to universal rhythm of financial services: understand a clients’ financial needs, design products and distribution channels to effectively serve those needs, provide services and deploy assets to generate revenue, and manage risk in pursuit of returns. This broad and unique perspective earned me a nomination to the invitation-only CBA Executive Banking School program. In 2020 I graduated with Honors, with our team winning the banking simulation competition.
