Mastered time management with heavy workloads while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Ultimately resulted in continued national security through support of specially trained U.S. forces.

Note: Fort Rucker is now known as Fort Novosel.Tasked with detailed academic instruction, professional mentorship, flight instruction, schedule forecasting, management of other instructor pilots, timely records management, syllabus development and additional combat flight support while over seas.Developed multiple teaching styles to adapt to various learning levels and personalities. Mastered the art of pivoting which ensured progression in dynamic leadership and learning environments. Resulted in more than 40 well-trained aviation school graduates with zero accidents.

Fort Bragg, Nc

Tasked with the safe operation, servicing, and securing of the OH-58D reconnaissance helicopter. Gained significant tactical flight experience while in Iraq for 12 months.Provided airborne reconnaissance and security support to ground units, which provided safe passage for hundreds of convoys and patrol operations utilizing precision, organic weaponry and onboard intelligence gathering equipment. Coordinated with other airborne assets, tactical ground controllers and other forces.Resulted in significant experience dealing with high stress events by developing autonomous decision making skills, and the ability to remain calm in extremely dynamic situations.
