I am responsible for the design and storyboarding process of the eLearning content, followed by the development and finally upload of the SCORM package output to the eFront LMS. The development of the training is done using Articulate Storyline 360. ALL content in the curriculum has voiceover embedded and part of my role is recording all voiceover content and audio editing using Audacity sound editing software.

Working for HS2, the new government high speed rail project. I was part of a team of Oracle Consultants and Trainers and I was responsible for the development of eLearning content for the HS2 project. This involved working with SMEs at HS2 using the ADDIE project lifecycle to conduct an initial training needs analysis, design the storyboards which were finalised with the customer, develop the content using Adobe Captivate 9 and upload the content via the customer's in house LMS.
