As COO/CFO for a CPG market leader, managed the massive market impacts of Covid, supply chain disruptions and inflation all while raising capital and successfully implementing a new ERP. Knowledge of product costing and pricing across all lines including Walmart, Amazon, Costco, and D2C ecommerce. Experience with financing and M&A transaction processes, business valuations and corporate finance on all sides of the deal. Extensive international experience - automotive plants in Italy and UK, mining and steel in Mexico, Canadian and US manufacturing and CPG - I am able to manage differing cultural, operational and regulatory requirements across regions and corporate cultures. A thought-leader, I am co-author of the book, “The Purchase and Sale of Privately Held Businesses” and was a frequent speaker and writer and has been published in Canada, the United States and Mexico.I am currently the Board President at the Tarragon Theatre, Canada’s neighbourhood theatre company.
