He founded Red Letter Studios (RLS) in 2004, an award winning creative agency in Tampa, FL which focused on Video Production, Design, Digital media and Printing. In 2010, RLS co-created www.BigBizDirect.com, a full service print fulfillment division.In January of 2012, RLS partnered with Thuzi (now LEAP), where Adam became the CXO, (Chief Experience Officer), serving on the executive team and helping them become one of the worlds top digital + live agencies. He became a founding member of Thuzi’s groundbreaking live event & marketing technology division and SaaS platform leading and producing hundreds of iconic projects and events for global brands such as Microsoft, Disney, Oprah, AT&T, Coca-Cola, Outback, Ford, Honda, Under Armour, Feld Entertainment, UFC and top agencies alike. He also serves as a consultant for the iconic, Comic Daredevil Bello Nock’s company, Opportunity Nocks, Inc., on key projects.In 2017, Adam accepted the Executive Vice President position at RNR Tire Express, the franchisor of nearly 200+ retail locations in 29 states. In 2021, he was promoted to President and in 2024, he became the CEO. He's married to his high school sweetheart of 20+ years and they have three beautiful children.- - - With a life-long passion for film, he has directed / produced over 50 TV commercials, winning dozens of national advertising awards as well as created countless brand films, short films & corporate marketing and non-profit videos.
