-Responsible for a Cyber Test Evaluation Team, comprised of multi-disciplinary skill sets & Subject Matter Experts in a 11K SQ FT Cyber Range with infrastructure supporting Collateral, SCI & Special Access Program needs.-Responsible for onsite planning, execution & analysis of cyber resilience test and training events utilizing secure closed-loop connectivity (JIOR and JMN) across S, TS/SCI, and JWICS enclaves.-IT systems tested include critical mine warfare systems, surface ships and strategic deterrence submarines, Destroyer and fast attack submarine modernization, Special Forces targeting and communications systems, long-range hyper-sonic missile systems, and many more.-Leading a team that provides comprehensive cyber range test and training support to myriad programs across all branches of DoD.-Expert in developing large-scale simulations to evaluate proposed cyber defensive and offensive concepts of operation, including building the virtual environment, integrating hardware and/or software into the environment, and testing the environment, tools, data flows, sensors and the system(s) under test.

-Ensure personnel are qualified to perform the tasks and resolve personnel issues pre-emptively. Build, optimize, and maintain high-performing, customer-focused, results-driven teams-Engage with the IPT leadership and COR for prioritization, problem resolution, task scheduling, new resource requirements, training, and task clarification-Implement deliberate operations while managing resources and competing priorities. Manage risk, analyze workflows, develop standards, and set deadlines.-Develop & maintain program documents to include the following: Program Management Plans (PMPs); Integrated Master Schedules (IMS); design review material; presentations; recommendations; Analysis of Alternatives; and briefings as tasked by the government client.-Provide ongoing status reports and planning documentation to the government client; Develop technology roadmaps, risk management plans, and strategies to acquisition and programmatic decisions relative to mission objectives.-Coordinate and execute program capture activities; Develop program baselines, execution plans, integrated schedules, funding profiles, staffing plans, performance criteria and metrics, and milestone deliverables.-Maintain cross-functional IMS for more than thirty system baselines using MS Project and the Jira plug-in-Use JIRA to assign and track tasks across a matrixed team of Cybersecurity Analysts, Navy Qualified Validators, Configuration Management Analysts, Logisticians, and others.

-Served as Program Manager for all DoD and commercial projects in the Charleston, SC area. Initiated projects, created written project plans, and led project teams through all phases of the project life cycle.-Implemented Agile/Scrum process framework to establish self-organized cross-functional teams in the development of mobile applications and automated asset tracking solutions.-Provided weekly, in-depth analysis of project performance to key stakeholders via briefs and reports which I developed using Microsoft Project.-Served as the liaison to government/commercial customers and maintained strong, long-term relationships.-Performed capture, wrote proposals/prepared bids, created project WBS, created staffing plans, etc.

-Recruited to fill a newly created, area-level position; responsible for the operational performance of four branches in South Carolina/Georgia and a staff of 120. -Used Microsoft Project to plan and execute all aspects of the relocation and expansion of two separate facilities. Diagrammed the facilities and created formal bin assignments for all products, greatly reducing inventory count errors and order pulling time.-Monitored and drove technician efficiency and productivity using standardized metrics and presented the results graphically each month.

-Led a project team of 30 IT professionals, CM experts, and logisticians in all phases of a USMC C4I project. Managed the movement of more than 20,000 laptop computers, desktop computers, and servers throughout an integration process and communicated status updates to team via daily project meetings and monthly team lead meetings.-Defined and sequenced activities for each functional area including receiving, integration, kitting, UII scanning, and shipping. Worked with program manager and key stakeholders to develop overall project plans and schedules using techniques outlined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Developed SOP documentation and flowcharts for each functional area including receiving, integration, kitting, and shipping.-Used Microsoft Project to assign project resources and track/report project progress and “burndown.” Implemented and executed integrated change control and a “lessons learned” log. -Audited hundreds of government contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with USMC Logistics Support Requirements using a detailed checklist/review-process.

-Managed a 29,000 square foot distribution facility and a staff of 11; responsible for coastal South Carolina from Myrtle Beach to Hilton Head Island, and the Columbia/Florence/Sumter areas. Reported to the Vice President of Distribution and had P&L accountability for $6 million in annual revenue. -Measured branch’s performance using metrics such as inventory turns, return on working capital, and gross margin $ per employee. -Developed and implemented a JIT Cypress stocking program for all Builder’s First Source stores in Coastal South Carolina, which captured 100% of their Cypress business and made us the Cypress market leader.-Implemented cycle-counting and FIFO procedures that led to the best physical-count inventory result among 18 branches in 2006 and 2008.-Led numerous projects and initiatives for change in the areas of performance reviews and financial reporting methods, which ultimately became company-wide policies.
