Adam manages a team of underwriters and analysts and is a member of Loan Committee. Adam oversees the underwriting of Fannie Mae DUS loan transactions totaling $1 billion+ annually, and has worked on or overseen 8 Credit Facilities totaling $2 billion+ in debt origination across Initial Advances, Additions, and Borrow Ups.

As an Asset Manager, Adam was responsible for managing a portfolio of FCP's multifamily communities including the operational oversight of the assets, implementation of business plans, financial analysis and reporting, transaction management and strategic planning.
