At the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, I worked as a case investigator for lab confirmed positive Covid-19 cases. I performed patient intake and interview over the phone, collected patient data including potential sources of exposure, demographics, a targeted health history, symptom onset, current symptom presentation and historical symptom progression. I answered questions about Covid-19 progression, treatment limitations, typical recovery timelines and issued isolation and quarantine instructions.

I provide the very best in evidence based care for chronic and acute injuries to joints and muscles. I leverage critical thinking skills and research analysis to solve complex chronic pain conditions. I maintain all areas of HIPAA compliance, billing and coding, health information security, medical ethics and industry knowledge. I stay up to date with the latest developments in chronic pain management both within my specialty and also in all complimentary specialties to foster better collaboration between a patient's healthcare team.

I ensure that when they leave my course they have an appreciation for exactly what it will be like in the health information technology (HIT) fields that they are pursuing. I brought community stakeholders together to create effective population level health initiatives through grass roots networking. I built a community of recovery support in partnership with local non-profit organizations and peer support groups.
