I was instrumental in the development of layouts, part identification labels, paperwork systems and implementation of Mattec system I successfully conducted an investigation into loss of packaging between Linpac and Honda, gaining my organisation £40kI led a team developing a one piece flow system for two machines and their assembly lines which reduced the labour requirements and forklift truck movements saving £26k of labour costs.Assisted with tool changes and setups.
