On the 1st August 2020 I was promoted to Managing Director of the business, I took on additional responsibilities in the Catering Department as well as keeping all of my work in the HVACR department. I am now responsible for all new projects & installation surveys. I am continuing to head up the Online Sales department with our brand new web site launching in Sept 2020.

In January 2009 I was made a company director and started carrying out site visits for new installations and maintenance on existing systems. I was also the back up HVACR engineer for when our other engineers were too busy and juggled my engineering role with my office responsibilities. After spending many years doing this in July 2017 we took on another engineer and I moved into the office full time.

I was involved with the initial build and design of the Online Shop, and have been involved in every face lift or re design since. It is my responsibility to offer impartial advice about the equipment we sell but also with the added benefit of being able to offer Technical advice on systems, and what would best meet the customer's specifications.

After passing my NVQ2 at college, I was moved into the main line of business, servicing, repairing and installing air conditioning and refrigeration equipment all over the South of the UK. I was given a company van and supplied with all specialist tools, and I was on standby one night a week and one weekend in four.I continued this until July 2017, by which point I had been made a company director and was running the HVACR department, carrying out all the companies site visits and quoting for all repairs, installations and maintenance works. We took on another engineer to replace me on the road and I moved into the office full time.

I started my Refrigeration Apprenticeship with Carlton Services in March 2004, gaining a basic understanding of the trade before attending the City of Bath College in September 2004 to begin my NVQ2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. I spent the next 2 years attending college, working on my portfolio and completing various assignments. During this time I was nominated for Apprentice of the Year and also put forward to the National Skillfridge competition.I passed my NVQ2 in July 2006 and went straight into the main line of the business.
