Assistant Planner
Current- Manage and review development and land use applications to ensure consistency with Sausalito's Zoning Ordinance, General Plan, and Housing Element.
- Respond to planning, community development, zoning, permit, historic review, and environmental review inquiries.
- Prepare staff reports and presentations for projects of limited complexity.
- Provide complex professional staff assistance to the Community and Economic Development Director, committees, commissions, other departments, and the public in areas of expertise.
- Conduct research and prepare staff deliverables for long range planning projects.
- Perform regular webpage and weblink maintenance for Community Development Department webpages on the City website.
