- Currently leading a cross functional team of 10 senior level managers located throughout the U.S., within different departments, in developing a program blueprint for a national leadership initiative for the entire Navy Reserve enlisted force (30,000 sailors). - Created and currently managing project KPI’s to include 5-year projected budget, execution timeline, change management components, long term sustainment mechanisms, outcome measures and development of a 28-member training team. - Utilizing the Prosci ADKAR model created communication content and procedure to lead a team of Regional Advocates, within the program, in leading their respective teams through the change from initial awareness through support and eventually full adoption and sustainment of the change.

- Managed the daily operations of both the Warehousing and Packing (pack-out) Department(s) by creating and leading staffing and scheduling plans, quality initiatives, safety procedures, conduct trainings and performance reviews, lead continuous improvement and change initiatives for a 90-person team to meet daily business and budget goals.- Hired, on-boarded, managed, coached and counseled front line employees/contingent workforce according to the company’s performance metrics and best practice policies maximizing productivity the safest way possible.- Utilized LEAN and 5s methodologies to troubleshoot and re-design the “pack-out” throughput process engaging front line associates and leading cross departmental managers to execute the plan resulting in a 10% increase in productivity.- Facilitated a Kaizen event for the entire second shift working with 20 front line employees across 4 departments identifying 3 key areas for continuous improvement, and working through the initial steps of the process.

10/16 – 07/17 Maintenance Officer (deployment)- Managed the entire Maintenance Program for the country of Iraq. Led a team of 120 personnel across three different DOD branches of the military and 7 DOD contracting companies to execute maintenance of equipment and emergency repairs on over 750 pieces of vehicle inventory worth $165M.- Utilizing LEAN methodologies, analyzed and the improved the DOD’s “in country” supply chain channels troubleshooting with 2 Regional Distribution Centers and 10 Warehouse Managers to decrease the gap in delivery time by 50% for critically needed supplies. - Served as Project Manager for 3 maintenance facility "build outs" throughout the country assisting with Engineers for blue print design and electrical requirements, Contract Officers for budgeting and contract bidding, Custom Officials to permit "in country" logistics of supplies and materials, and local vendors for execution of the project. 06/09 – 10/16 – Senior Enlisted Leader (reserve)- Advised and assisted Commanding Officers of scope on logistical operations helping define or re-define strategic objectives and execution plans to properly man and staff logistical operations. 04/08 – 06/09 Work Authorization Manager (active) - Managed $2.0M Navy ship up-fit serving as the Project Coordinator for the Port Engineer, 45 contractors and 400 command personnel managing all administrative/budget needs for 900 maintenance repair jobs ensuring all repairs were done within safety standards and engineering specifications. 07/06 – 04/08 – Training Team Coordinator (active)- Led a team of 30 leaders teaching and executing 10 training scenarios with 400 command personnel in military firefighting, safety training and lifesaving protocol resulting in a passing grade and certification over three separate military inspection periods.

On January 2, 2013, Press Ganey Associates acquired Morehead Associates.- Project Manager for a due diligence process leading the efforts of five subject matter experts through the creation and documentation of 50+ business processes interacting with all areas of the business including marketing, accounting, finance, sales, and operations resulting in the successful acquisition of Morehead Associates by Press Ganey, Inc.- Project Manager for the integration of two legacy business units assisting in the strategic direction of five functional work streams leading to the successful completion of the integration project as defined by the original business requirements.- Managed the yearly budget and P&L assisting Senior Leadership Team to analyze and construct their yearly budget(s), in addition to monthly/quarterly reconciliation of the budget. - Conducted market analysis of client portfolios using our CRM platform to create weekly financial and sales performance reports leading to the development and implementation of a White Space assessment tool helping maximize portfolio potential and revenue by 20%.- Created and managed the company’s end to end recruiting process to recruit, hire and on-board 50 fulltime and 20 contracting positions ranging from front line staff, middle management and executive level positions. - Led the company’s benefit and compensation function to include overseeing payroll, yearly benefits renewal, bonus calculations, and day to day HR support for internal customers.
