• Project lead for a number of key workstreams which were part of a larger programme to radically transform parking and permitting within the Borough. These included the PCN (Penalty Charge) CRM system, integration of our sub-contracted car pound for (dangerously parked and abandoned vehicles) into the CRM system and the Borough wide replacement of a mobile parking app to a new service provider.• The upgrade to the CRM solution and Car Pound operation required detailed documentation of all as-is and to-be process maps, the development of system and user acceptance test plans/scripts. The execution and defect resolution of all testing and eventual transition to live via detailed cutover plans.• Handled the implementation of the new mobile parking payment app required a survey and update of over 2000 roadside signs across the borough, full testing of the various parking tariffs within the app along with a detailed comms plan to inform members of the public and of a transition to live plan.

• Project lead for a £4m roll out of new parking technology, new payment channels, automatic number plate recognition systems, supporting civil works and network infrastructure to 88 NCP sites. The project has both increased both the incremental revenue for “compliant” customers and enabled a new revenue stream with penalties being issued to “non-compliant” customers to the total value of c£5m per annum- Defined the roll out strategy and plan; prioritising NCPs key sites, considering bottlenecks and constraints within the supply chain, trading and environmental conditions at each site- Setup an unused NCP warehouse in the Midlands as a staging facility- Streamlined the process used by sub-contractors to bid for the works at NCP sites. This approach resulted in a reduction of 20% in the civil works costs – the single greatest cost for this project (c£3m). • Project lead for the deployment of PayByPhone, a leading cashless parking payment App, into NCPs business, replacing legacy the RingGo (approx. 130 sites) and Dash (used by Transport for London across approx. 90 sites) parking Apps and enabling a saving to NCP of c£10k per month in transaction processing fees.- Developed and executed test plans, defect tracking and resolution for App/Tariff defects and issues with several 3rd party interfaces and APIs- Replaced legacy financial reconciliation processes bringing PBP data feeds into NCPs Data Warehouse for transformation into Oracle Financials and related applications for revenue reconciliation and automated validation of PSP/Acquirer fees.
