As Construction Manager, Adam is responsible for overseeing all Projects across Australia. He works with clients early in the tender stage to engineer smart construction methodologies while being responsible for overseeing all live projects. He ensures projects are delivered safely, on budget and on programme.

As NSW Projects Manager, Adam is responsible for overseeing all NSW Projects of the Civil Engineering Division. He works with clients early in the tender stage to engineer smart construction methodologies while working with supervisors and engineers to deliver live projects.

Adam joined Rocktown Pty Ltd, a leading Civil Engineering Company specialising in reinforced concrete structures in 2017. He joined as a Senior Project Engineer where he successfully tendered and secured his first contracts for Rocktown within 2 months. He then went on to manage these contracts on WestConnex and NorthConnex where along with the site team he delivered the projects on time and within budget.

Balfour Beatty is a world class infrastructure services business operating across the infrastructure lifecycle, with leading positions in major markets in over 80 countries. During his time at Balfour Beatty he worked within their Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering and Birse Civils divisions. During this time he was exposed to a variety of challenging projects from roadworks, earthworks, bridges, concrete structures and drainage projects.Main responsibilities included; • Procure materials to tender book allowances and ordering/managing labour and plant• Reviewing/Producing method statements and risk assessments• Assisting with procurement packages • Organise and manage sub-contractors • Producing two weekly programmes while allocating resources • Ensure work was completed safely and in line with all relevant standards• Monitor construction outputs against full construction programme• Produce material approvals and technical queries• Managing testing requirements of materials • Provide all setting out, technical data and permits• Producing quality records, reconciliations and as-builts• Produce detailed site diaries and handover notes• Organise/manage surveying equipment on site
