Competitive runner for more than two decades, currently representing Brooks in ultra-distance trail running. I also coach and mentor a variety of runners as a personal running coach with Team RunRun.I'm lifelong runner with sixteen years of college coaching experience. I was a Head Coach at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Wash. for eight years. We assembled a terrific coaching staff, recruited great athletes and built a strong team culture. All that led to outstanding experiences for the student-athletes and competitive success at the conference and national level. I'm currently Head Cross Country Coach at Mount Si High School.I'm all about building relationships and uniting people around common objectives and interests.
