Internal Account Manager
Current- As one of the internal account managers at Modrus I am responsible for a number of named customer accounts working in two key areas:
- Keeping Customers Happy:Proactive and regular account management reviews and communication with customers via Lync, Phone and Face to Face. Work with Support and Implementation teams when customers escalate issues to.

- Growing Revenue:Research customer growth plans and proactively support them in using technology to achieve them.Introduce new ideas and concepts to help customers improve their use of technology.Generate referral leads.
- Spot and resolve issues ahead of time.
- Support senior account managers in managing accounts.
