During Livongo's hypergrowth, I separately was tasked by the Exec Team / C-Suite to take on priority initiatives such as leading the post-merger integration of our first major acquisition (80 person company), helping to found the growth & user acquisition team (grew to 30+ people), assisting in raising Series D financing, operationalizing our earliest health plan clients, and serving as a Product Manager to revamp our main landing page and enrollment funnel. I developed cross functional and multi level connections, and I prided myself on my ability to make an impact. In 2019, I won an all-company award, as voted on by my co-workers, for passion. During my tenure, Livongo scaled from <50 employees to >900 employees and went public in July 2019 (Nasdaq: LVGO).
