Nortic Consulting, Inc. began in 2004 servicing the technological needs of small businesses and residences in the Chicago land area. Performed all sales, marketing and ownership roles. Nortic Consulting was acquired by Netrix, LLC in 2009.

I was part of a team building auto insurance industry software. As the team started out very small and grew larger, I had taken on different roles, whatever was needed at the time.

I started with Newins right out of college as the Manager of the IT Department. I was responsible to all the IT and Telecommunications for 40 plus locations for this insurance agency. During my time, I developed a help desk system, call center, oversaw the implementation of all new computers, servers, monitors, Internet access and connectivity. After a 9 month telcommunications evaluation and cleanup for the entire company, I was able to save the company over $30,000 per month.
