After building an e-commerce business in the early 2000s, I followed my passion and diversified into real estate. My first real estate investment, in 2003, was a single-family home in Waterloo, Iowa. From that first single-family home, I grew my real estate development company, branching out into retail, office, land, and multi-family properties, and currently own in the Midwest and West. My goal as an investor is to provide well-managed, high quality, naturally affordable housing to residents, and my goal as an employer is to build long-lasting, meaningful relationships with employees, and working together, continue building a best-in-class real estate development and management company.
