Compared to the previous year, under different management, we saw a remarkable 29.3% increase in overall figures.I'm proficient in all aspects of departmental management, from handling administrative tasks and purchase order processing to using my comprehensive product knowledge to offer tailored solutions that maximise sales and profitability. I've spent many years building solid relationships with customers and take pride in giving approachable and friendly service, ensuring customers’ expectations are met and surpassed.I also have many years of hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical processes for repairing and testing tools and equipment to ensure all tools and hire equipment meet the highest safety standards.Before my role as Assistant Hire Manager, I was a Foreman for several years. I led a team, processed customer orders, managed deliveries, and oversaw daily health and safety checks. I also have many years of experience working with forklift trucks and various trucks ranging from a 12-ton Beavertail to 26-ton HIAB loaders.I’m a recipient of a 'Men Supporting Women in Business' medal for my commitment to gender equality and inclusion. I have also completed 34 courses on diversity and inclusion and am a Travis Perkins diversity and inclusion network member. I'm committed to continuous growth and development, and have also completed 28 courses on management and leadership and 23 courses in customer care.
