I have over 20 years experience in contact centres and am currently the Practice Lead for Workforce Planning and Optimisation at FourNet. My main focus is on designing best practice contact centre planning solutions for clients, to help facilitate the best customer experience possible, whilst keeping cost under control. During my time I have managed large teams delivering planning related services, as well as acted in a consultative capacity for extended periods of time both internally and externally. This has enabled me to develop great cross functional networking skills, as well as becoming an effective people manager, with an ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.As an expert in workforce planning systems and processes I know that there is still more to learn and I am always looking for innovative new ways of doing things, be this technology or just a different perspective.
