Over the years, I've built a career around solving problems, fostering collaboration, and using creativity to get results. With more than 10 years of experience in marketing, event management, and customer service, I’ve learned how to adapt to different challenges, work with diverse teams, and manage projects under pressure—all while keeping a focus on delivering value.One of my most rewarding experiences was managing internal communications and social development for a global company going through a major transition. I had to balance the needs of employees at all levels, keeping everyone informed and engaged during times of uncertainty. This experience taught me the importance of clear communication, ethical decision-making, and thinking strategically, which has been a strong foundation for my career growth.In recent years, I’ve shifted my focus to Artificial Intelligence, where I’m exploring non-coding roles that allow me to combine my strengths in visual communication, strategy, and ethics. I’m especially interested in how AI can be used to improve business outcomes—whether through crafting thoughtful prompts, analyzing data for better insights, or helping organizations apply AI in ways that drive creativity and innovation.As I complete the UK Level 3 AI for Business course, I’m excited to apply what I’ve learned about AI to real-world challenges. My goal is to help businesses find smart, ethical AI solutions that make a real impact, whether that’s through improving communication, driving data-informed decisions, or exploring creative AI applications.
