A highly experienced senior manager in the gambling industry with over 20 years of experience in overseeing and launching a successful portfolio of products. Currently responsible for the product vision, strategy, trading, operation and delivery of our innovative esports product, SIS Competitive Gaming. Delivering an end to end betting solution which incorporates live streaming, commentary, on screen graphics and betting feed for over 200,000 annual events, I directly manage a team of over 300 including the gamers, referees, traders, analysts, management and product team all trained to the highest ESIC standard and am able to provide the vision, insight and leadership to our development and production teams to continuously improve and drive the product forward. The product was initially launched in the UK with Bet365 and has now been delivered into the US market and the multiple countries around the world. Previous roles at SIS included Head of Trading for our 24/7 racing service, trading over 70,000 events per year and delivering to more than 200 customers globally. Building a key partnership with RACELAB Global to extend the trading portfolio to a fully managed trading service for over 100,000 events per annum. I also spent 11 years at Ladbrokes as Head of InPlay Trading and acted as an advisor to News UK to assist with the creation of a wide portfolio of betting products.
