A serial entrepreneur, 23-year veteran of marketing and communications services (within and outside of healthcare) and a technology and data innovator with extensive M&A and private equity experience. Adam is an investor, advisor and board member sharing his knowledge and experience with business leaders and those in the investment community. Adam founded Sentient in 2008, a digital advertising agency with a specific focus in healthcare and a proprietary results-driven methodology. After 8 years of double-digit growth, he led a competitive process that resulted in the acquisition of Sentient by W2O Group in 2016. Adam was appointed as a member of W2O’s executive leadership team as Chief Digital Officer and Group President of the firm's Advertising division. Tasked with helping to diversify W2O’s services and drive continued innovation, Adam was responsible for leading all integration across W2O’s advertising, digital, media, technology and various analytics businesses. Adam is equally skilled at developing client-centric strategies as he is the operationalization of various service areas and strategic business functions. His understanding of the methodologies leveraged in highly integrated agency service offerings and complimentary technology products/solutions has fueled impressive growth for the companies he’s managed. Adam was one of the few executives and investors who sold W2O to New Mountain Capital in 2019. At that time, W2O was rebranded as Real Chemistry and would embark on an aggressive corporate development strategy. Adam would go on to function as a core member of the deal team for nearly all of Real Chemistry’s acquisitions from 2019-2022. Real Chemistry quickly rose to become one of the top 3 largest healthcare marketing and services firms in the industry. Adam single-handedly launched Real Chemistry’s Health Technology business in 2019 with the goal of pushing the business into the world of tech products and solutions. Adam identified, led and integrated multiple highly strategic tech and data acquisitions. Together with Real Chemistry’s legacy data and analytics business, the Health Tech business would grow to become one of the largest business units within Real Chemistry in just three years time.Having had so much success in founding and ultimately selling Sentient, as an investor and key executive at W2O and then Real Chemistry, and having exceeded the goals that any entrepreneur strives to achieve, Adam left Real Chemistry in the Summer of 2022 to pursue new adventures in his business and personal life.
