Experienced across multiple industries and focused primarily on the non-profit space, he has held senior roles leading organizations through periods of transition for the last 15 years. Prior to his work focused in non-profits, he spent nearly ten years learning the transformation & turnaround craft through performance improvement roles in the San Francisco Bay Area including vice president of finance and analytics for a private equity-backed e-commerce retailer, director of service delivery for a privately-held global architecture firm, and controller/business process manager for the San Francisco Opera. He began his career driving statistics-based (Six Sigma) improvement initiatives at Bank of America.Adam has a B.A. from the University of Alabama and was certified in Six Sigma at Bank of America. In his personal life, Adam is an advocate for the rights and supporting resources for autistic/neurodiverse children and adults, on all parts of the spectrum.
