During my time at Wendy's, I operated every crew position (front counter cashier, drive-thru coordinator, grill operator, sandwich preparation, etc.), with a focus/speciality in drive-thru coordinating and general customer service. I worked with many different teams of coworkers from many different backgrounds and ethnicities, and I effectively trained nine new employees on drive-thru and front counter cashier positions. I was entrusted with upholding safety and quality standards for many coworkers and employees so as to prevent injuries and deliver sanitary, tasty food to customers in an effecient, timely manner. My managers will tell you that I take pride in my work and that I am always trying to out-do myself.

I have assisted and interacted with groups of 38 residents (one group each year) to promote open communication, camaraderie, and success. I have also worked with teams of 19 RAs and multiple supervisors to plan quality and effective educational and community building programs known as "Experience and Engage" programs as well as inform residents of valuable information through direct communication or monthly creative bulletin boards. Lastly, I have informed residents of and enforced housing policy and executes proper crisis response and management. I have won multiple awards in this role as a result of my efforts and pride I take in my job and my supervisors will tell you that I genuinely enjoy interacting with them, coworkers and residents.

In my internship, I collaborated with multiple different teams of Band level 1, 2, and 3 managers, technicians, contract workers, and other interns to learn about operations inside a Procter & Gamble over-the-counter small molecule pharmaceuticals plant and use that knowledge to see through the successful progression of five projects (known as 5 Rocks) which were designed to demonstrate the ability to do meaningful work for the company while being faced with challenges. My projects included overseeing installation of equipment and software improvement, improving consistency of process instructions, validation procedures, improving ergonomics, loss elimination, and site improvements. Over the course of the summer, I built proficiency in writing validation documentation by producing 2 validation assessments, 3 change controls, 4 installation qualifications, 4 operation qualifications, and a cleaning and sanitization protocol. I also gained experience working in cGMP environments and was entrusted with upholding safety and quality standards.
