Lead the development and enablement of Gannett subscriber data and new leads for use by key stakeholder groups in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). As the primary platform owner and technical resource with support by the Marketing Technology team and contracted resources, this role is the enabler of more than 3 billion sends annually to 70m+ contact records across more than 300 unique publications. New initiatives and success metrics are defined by and prioritized in coordination with subscription growth and retention teams and local newsrooms for newsletter strategies. Other areas of responsibility include annual contract renewal guidance, email health and deliverability monitoring, developing custom solutions to meet stakeholder needs, integrating new input/output sources for a more advanced tech stack integration.
