My first role after relocating was to lead their recruiting efforts for all corporate level position covering each key area from Customer Service, Sales, IT, Marketing and Engineering. After 12 months I was promoted again to head all Talent Acquisition initiatives to include their corporate headquarters as well as their 13 customer service centers nationally.• Delivered a more proactive recruitment method in effort to increase the quality level of new hires and reduce employee turnover. This resulted in a 22% reduction in employee turnover for customer service and sales positions• Key facilitator in the implementation of a new ATS developed with Kenexa. This included all needs assessments, module development and testing of the new application. Managed teams nationally during testing phase• Lead all college recruitment initiatives for professional level positions• Was appointed to the RESPECT initiative, which included 12 individuals.
