Spectore Corporation was founded in 1983 to reinvigorate the 3,000 year-old traditions of the jewelry industry with its introduction of titanium as a new noble element. • Started as a recruiter at Alltel’s Tampa Facility in 2004 and was promoted and moved to their corporate headquarters in Little Rock, AR after 8 months. My first role after relocating was to lead their recruiting efforts for all corporate level position covering each key area from Customer Service, Sales, IT, Marketing and Engineering. After 12 months I was promoted again to head all Talent Acquisition initiatives to include their corporate headquarters as well as their 13 customer service centers nationally.• Delivered a more proactive recruitment method in effort to increase the quality level of new hires and reduce employee turnover. This resulted in a 22% reduction in employee turnover for customer service and sales positions• Key facilitator in the implementation of a new ATS developed with Kenexa. This included all needs assessments, module development and testing of the new application. Managed teams nationally during testing phase• Lead all college recruitment initiatives for professional level positions• Was appointed to the RESPECT initiative, which included 12 individuals. The goal was to aid in creating a more desirable workplace for all people regardless of background, gender, ethnicity or orientation. We assisted in developing more management and executive level appointments that were representative of the diversity of our customer and employee base. Implemented domestic partnership benefits. We also drove stronger branding messages to our customers to deliver the vision of this initiative. Added HBCUs to our college recruitment efforts• Was one of the key team members for our annual HR conferences held in Little Rock, AR. The objective was to bring all HR functions to our corporate facility to provide additional training, review new policies and celebrate successes in the field.

• National Consulting Group provided full-time and contract staffing with a focus on Information Technology Professionals for a range of Clients. Clients included Price Waterhouse Cooper, Dell Computers, Essilor of America, H Lee Moffitt Cancer Research Center and a host of others• Managed and lead all recruitment initiative for IT level positions• Recruiting staff consisted of 15 team members. Coached and developed recruiters to further improve interview to placement ratios• Coordinated with clients in forecasting IT staffing needs, monitor and evaluate active placements and analyze in process interview status to further hone and perfect candidate selection• Met regularly with field consultants to assess placement success, gain information on opportunities at the client site for future placement needs and provide feedback from clients on the consultants’ performance• Provided weekly performance reviews with NCG ownership and account managers
