This role focuses specifically on developing the digital talent within a specific digital branch of the Investor & Treasury Services business working with the AGILE framework. As the organisation shifts its attention from not only 'what' gets done, but to HOW it gets done, we took an 'on-the-ground' approach to empowering teams with the right tools, information and insight into best practice leadership and management skills in order to effectively engage and develop their teams, as well as retain our elite level talent.The overall approach involved working with three different groups in parallel to ensure consistency of message and continuity of focus. These groups were: the executive level leaders; the program wide people managers; and the individual contributors executing the vision. As the global head of our delivery department, I oversee the design and roll out of all programs within the APAC, Americas and EMEA regions. I am responsible for program improvements, updates and innovations as well as delivering outstanding results to our comprehensive client network. This includes our massive online learning offering which is going through a massive overhaul and relaunch.Overseeing a global associate team of over 15, I am fortunate to work with some of the best design and coordination and delivery professionals available as we continue to improve DBL's delivery offering across the planet.

As Executive Director of The Americas for DBL, I am responsible for expanding our brand and offering into both Canada the United States as part of DBL's globalization. Under this title I am building our business in both regions with a specific focus on the financial services and mining and resource sectors. I oversee all aspects of this expansion including marketing, business development, staffing, and product delivery. As part of our global management team, I am also contributing to our regional business objectives as well as those specific to the Americas.

As Managing Consultant, I manage our design and delivery as well as oversea our multiple business functions. We specialise in developing and delivering high impact programs for young professionals, managers and supervisors; and senior executive mentors. Working with individuals at all levels from the most recent graduate to the highest level executive, we have a keen understanding of how different levels impact each other and how to ensure cohesion. This is all achieved through partnering with our list of highly recognisable clients to deliver on specific business needs.

I was responsible for two major operations while at unimail. The first was as communications and brand development with universities across Australia. With such a diverse and spread out group of institutions, it was a very challenging position. I was responsible for building relatoinships with career services staff, faculties, student groups and professional organisations. As a means to an end, I delivered professional, leadership and core business skill development workshops both on campus and in the private sector. The second role as project manager saw me manage the Distribution and Logistics service as a part of the annual university career fairs schedule. The service ensured over 45 employers had their stands and promotional material shipped, set up and taken down again, after every career fair their schedule. This was an incredibly daunting task given there are over 40 career fairs annually and we had over 40 clients annually. This project made perfect sense for me in my role as University Liaison as I had been building relationships with university career services during the balance of the year and this fed off that. I also sat on the innovation committee internally. Our prime objective was to come up with new ways to do old tasks as well as generate new business ideas. At the time, our prime focus was on student and campus engagement via digital means and face to face solutions.

As the Athletic Director at the BHA I was responsible for both the academic and athletic development of all students. We were grooming all our athletes for potential athletic scholarships they all needed to embody strong work ethic, positive leadership attributes and a commitment to self-development. To this end I was responsible for managing internal staff for everything from SAT prep courses and study halls to peak mental performance training to on-ice skills development.While I oversaw the academic program and liased regularly with the academic staff, I personally coached the players on the ice and in their personal lives. As a mentor to many of the athletes there I was able to help influence positive life decisions such as career path, athletic direction and personal relationships. It is still to this day one of the most demanding and rewarding experiences of my life and one that I look on fondly whenever it crosses my mind.

The Hockey Program (THP) operates as an addition to the regular academic studies of young athletes. Instead of taking the generalised options through school like home economics, wood shop, etc. students in THP are enrolled into an intensive hockey training program that covers all the learning outcomes for the health and well-being portionof their curriculum.My role within this organisation was as an instructor for a group of approximately 30 grade 5 students. They had varying degrees of ability but all had the goal of becoming an elite hockey player.I was responsible for implementation of the health curriculum as well as the hockey skills associated with this training. We also monitored behaviors and dealt with issues as any other teacher would.
