Long lasting passion and dedication to wine acknowledged and proved by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust school in London, with the Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits (2008), and Level 3 Award in Wines.

Sapphire Princess. Head Waiter in charge of breakfast operation in Horizon Court Buffet area at day time, and Double-sitting Restaurant at Dinner time.

Queen Victoria vessel - Member of the Opening Team of this fantastic ship. All restaurant systems onboard the vessel: Hwtr in Britannia Dining Room, Princess Grill, Queen's Grill, and Maitre'D of the Todd English Restaurant. During my Cunard Line adventure I gained my WSET wine qualifications.

Crown Princess. Newly promoted Head Waiter, transshipped from the Diamond Princess vessel.

Sea Princess. My first vessel where I started my career in Princess Cruises. After the 7 days training onboard the ship I started working as an Asst. Waiter, directly in the Dining Room.

Hotel Amber Baltic****, Międzyzdroje

Newly opened hotel in Międzyzdroje, in Poland, at that time. 4 star hotel with Austrian and German Management. I spent five years there, working in the Reception. I built my experience and career there from the position of the night audit, through the day shifts, and up to the Asst. Reception Manager.
