Hi there! I’m Adam and at the moment I work with Channel View Medical Group in the field of IT leadership and Operations. I am very educated in computing, having achieved a double diploma in computing so I know all the ins and outs of hardware, software and development.In my previous working environments, I have managed to develop my skills and build upon my IT knowledge. My first real IT related job was Sitel. I gained great customer support and communication skills for over the phone consulting and managed to adapt on my writing and reading skills when taking notes from customers and ensuring my notes were informal for the next advisor. Aside from using my IT and hardware knowledge, I also needed to monitor my manner and professionalism towards customers on the phone. I used empathetic skills and well-mannered communication to for fill the customer's needs.Alongside my IT profession, I have also worked in the food, health, and hygiene industry. It has allowed me to build upon my confidence and professionalism towards customers and my team. I have gained good communication skills, professionalism, mathematics skills, and relationship building within the workplace.during the peak of COVID-19 I managed to find a small business named SW Business Support Solutions where I was fully able to build on my IT skills. Being the only IT person there for a while, I felt like I had a chance to build new knowledge on my own. Having learned most of my knowledge in college SW Business Support Solutions helped me develop it even more, I now have great experience in HTML & CSS website building, hardware and software, Office enterprise, excel, social media/marketing, and networking.Being apart of the NHS has allowed me to see my full potential and it makes me want to push myself more and more into the trust in IT and operations. As of now I am doing a level 3 business and management course,alongside my day-to-day workflow. I have developed more on networking, NHS systems (SystmOne), Patient advising, teamwork and relationship building, project management, communication, and professionalism.My most recent skills are as follows: 1.
