I am responsible for implementing the strategic direction of TV Licensing’s Self-Serve channels. Working with senior business stakeholders and acting as the primary contact for business change, I have primary responsibility for realising additional benefit from Self-Service and Automation. In addition I have also absorbed the day to day responsibilities of a Web Channel Manager for the TV Licensing Website.- Responsible for the Digital Operations Web Team that manage the TV Licensing Website. - Supporting the creation and delivery of the Digital Strategy and the delivery and evolution of a pipeline of change activity across Self-Serve channels - Plan and manage projects pragmatically balancing business and technology requirements, ensuring that scope, time frame, quality, cost and risk targets are achieved - Enabling the business to maximise opportunities to reduce cost and increase the proportion of served contacts across TV Licensing - Responsible for communicating changes to Self-Serve across all levels of the business
