Sales leadership across our southwest territory and highest volume divisions including Phoenix, north Arizona, Tucson & southern Nevada. Delivering exceptional sales experience to our customers for solar, efficiency and advanced home-monitoring.

Elevation Solar specializes in the branding, fulfillment and experience of Solar and Energy Storage products for both residential and commercial applications. I oversee the sales strategy and development across our internal and partner channels in 8 states, which includes several hundred sales reps, managers and business owners. Company experienced 600% growth during my tenure from 2017-2020.

Created Internal Sales channel overseeing 4 market managers, a lead generation team, and an inside sales department. Experienced 150% YY growth in each two years that I was in this role while managing 5 sales managers and their 40 representatives.

Launched their direct to consumer sales model in Arizona, Las Vegas & Southern California. Our sales staff was acquired by Elevation Solar in 2017.

Launched the outside sales territory for Arizona. Recruited, hired and trained all incoming sales reps and helped them grow within the company. The office grew to a million dollar a month division with strong close rates and sales efficiency.

Ran a coast to coast inside sales team consisting of 12 sales reps.

Oversaw front end operations support team of over 50 employees.
