As a Leadership & Organizational Development Consultant at The University of Kansas Health System, I collaborate with leaders and teams to design and deliver impactful leadership development solutions that support organizational goals and enhance performance. I leverage my skills in Emotional Intelligence, training delivery, and content creation to facilitate engaging and effective online and in-person sessions on topics such as leadership, communication, diversity, and change management.I have a Bachelor of Science in Training and Development and a minor in Organizational Leadership from Fort Hays State University, where I also earned a Certificate of Organizational Leadership Studies. I am passionate about the growth and development of individuals and organizations, and I am always eager to learn new tools and techniques to improve my practice.
