My overall career path has been anything but traditional, beginning as a drafter in civil engineering under a dynamic supervisor who encouraged collaboration and growth. Two decades ago, I joined a promising new firm led by motivated entrepreneurs, which propelled my career forward and ignited my passion for the field.The right mentorship and environment can shape a career. Throughout the years I’ve learned a lot about civil engineering, the land development process, the people involved in it, success, and where I fit in. Achieving positive outcomes in anything does not happen without hard work, dedication, commitment, transparency, and well-established relationships with every single person or entity inherently involved in the process. I’m 100% motivated to connect with every person contributing to a project. I’m driven to be liked, respected and trusted. I want everyone I associate with to feel the same.
