As part of my degree I completed a Year in Industry working as a Financial Analyst in Commercial Management for IBM. My job role was as follows:- cost and revenue analysis/reporting- debt reporting- consumption/baseline analysis/reporting- invoicing- constant interaction with client (job role is located on client site in Canary Wharf)During this role I designed and implemented numerous files/procedures that have allowed deeper analysis of costs, revenues and profits. For example, a file that allows analysis of each area of the account in comparison to the original cost solution. This allows easy identification of savings and therefore greater profits for the account.Although technically based in IBM's South Bank location, I work 5 days a week on client site in Canary Wharf. This has given me constant exposure to client meetings and interactions with the client.
