I effectively managed the delivery of these projects, including the company’s first full Head C&I (Crane and Install) contract and our inaugural engagement with global turbine manufacturer Goldwind. The projects involved installing 76 wind turbines across two states and coordinating over 100 personnel, all amid COVID constraints and restrictions.As the Contractor's Representative, I was accountable for all contractual and commercial outcomes and oversaw key project management functions, including contract administration, communications, formal correspondence, payment claims, change and scope management (variations), and project scheduling.
