Following the successful completion of my previous project portfolio, I was appointed as Site-Based Project Manager for the Macintyre Wind Farm—the largest wind farm project in the Southern Hemisphere.In this role, I acted as Contractor's Representative, overseeing all contract, commercial, and risk management aspects throughout the planning, mobilisation, and commencement phases. I was responsible for preparing and submitting formal correspondence, contract deliverables, and payment claims. I led strategic planning, change management, developed the organisational structure, and managed role delineation and delegation. Following my success as Construction Site Manager, I was enticed back to Professional Wind Services as Project Director for a portfolio of construction projects totaling ~$30M (comprising 3 concurrent projects with three clients and a crane subcontractor). I effectively managed the delivery of these projects, including the company’s first full Head C&I (Crane and Install) contract and our inaugural engagement with global turbine manufacturer Goldwind. The projects involved installing 76 wind turbines across two states and coordinating over 100 personnel, all amid COVID constraints and restrictions.As the Contractor's Representative, I was accountable for all contractual and commercial outcomes and oversaw key project management functions, including contract administration, communications, formal correspondence, payment claims, change and scope management (variations), and project scheduling. I led strategic planning across the organisation, making high-level, holistic decisions to optimise efficiency and resource allocation while managing risks. Additionally, I supported, coached, and mentored three site management teams in all aspects of project execution and delivery. As the Senior Facility Manager at Kimberly Clark’s Millicent Mill (FMCG), I had full financial oversight and complete P&L accountability. I engaged with stakeholders and provided comprehensive reports to regional APAC management, ensuring seamless service delivery and meeting a broad range of KPIs. My responsibilities included budget management, vendor coordination, capital program management, as well as employee relations, emergency response planning, quality assurance, and regular client liaison and reporting.I led a diverse team, driving compliance (both local and under a global framework) and continuous improvement across all site services. My focus on asset and resource management played a pivotal role in optimising facility performance, enhancing productivity, and achieving organisational objectives.

As Site Construction Manager for Professional Wind Services, I led wind farm construction projects in Victoria, overseeing all aspects of site operations and management.My role encompassed strategic planning and execution, including detailed scheduling, forecasting, and comprehensive reporting on project progress and WHSEQ performance. I managed large, diverse teams, optimised resource allocation, mitigated risks, managed interfaces, and ensured strict WHSEQ compliance. I played a crucial role in maintaining ISO Accreditation, conducting audits, and implementing necessary corrective actions. Additionally, I addressed HR and industrial relations matters, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.A notable achievement was the Dundonnell Wind Farm Project, where I coordinated an acceleration program that introduced a third Main Crane. As Mill Shift Superintendent at Kimberly-Clark Australia’s Millicent Mill, I was accountable for managing the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility on a 24/7 rotating roster, acting as the Mill Manager’s Representative outside of business hours. This frontline leadership role involved ensuring optimal utilisation of capital and human resources to meet Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, and Distribution Objectives and KPIs. My responsibilities included asset performance (including curtailment), resource management, reactive maintenance (including escalations and callouts), emergency response, and the monitoring and control of site services. Additionally, I oversaw energy production and consumption, including an onsite co-generation plant, and managed inbound goods and product dispatch. Construction and Commissioning including but not limited to HV cabling and terminations, instrument installation and commissioning, shift lead for CSU E/I operational support for the client.Queensland Curtis LNG, Australia Pacific LNG, and Santos GLNG each hired Bechtel to design and build a liquefied natural gas complex on Curtis Island, off the shore of the city of Gladstone. The three concurrent construction programs, consisting of six LNG trains for three customers, are part of the largest concentration of private-capital investment in Australia’s history.

The tunnel links the city to Brisbane Airport and is a part of the M7 motorway. The $4.8bn project, which generated about 12,000 jobs, involved 28 million hours of construction and took four years to complete. Two of the country’s biggest boring machines with a diameter of 12.48m and length of 195m were used for tunnelling.
