Following my success as Construction Site Manager, I was enticed back to Professional Wind Services as Project Director for a portfolio of construction projects totaling ~$30M (comprising 3 concurrent projects with three clients and a crane subcontractor). I effectively managed the delivery of these projects, including the company’s first full Head C&I (Crane and Install) contract and our inaugural engagement with global turbine manufacturer Goldwind. The projects involved installing 76 wind turbines across two states and coordinating over 100 personnel, all amid COVID constraints and restrictions.As the Contractor's Representative, I was accountable for all contractual and commercial outcomes and oversaw key project management functions, including contract administration, communications, formal correspondence, payment claims, change and scope management (variations), and project scheduling. I led strategic planning across the organisation, making high-level, holistic decisions to optimise efficiency and resource allocation while managing risks. Additionally, I supported, coached, and mentored three site management teams in all aspects of project execution and delivery.
