About Adam Dorahy

As a dedicated employee of CMA Electro-Hydraulic Engineers and the Cram Group for the last 15+ years, my experience to date has been unique in that I have worked in various areas of the business. Commencing in workshop management, I soon progressed to Hydraulic Project Engineer, where I was a project engineering specialist in hydraulic closed loop control, hydraulic upgrades, hydraulic site troubleshooting and commissioning of hydraulic systems.A large part of my role as Project Engineer was developing and nurturing key client relationships by analysing, understanding and interpreting client requirements and delivering strategic solutions and significant value. Having spent much of my time collaborating and working directly with clients, it was a natural progression in my career to be appointed Business Development Manager of the Gas Turbine Valve repair area of the business, which includes managing CMA Engineer’s Perth facilities. Another career progression was to be appointed to managing our largest operational Fluid Power division of the Cram Group. This includes the day to day operations of the business and ensuring the work meets the high standards required by our company and customers.
