• To manage the administration of online product subscriptions and their associated accounts through quoting, renewing and processing of new business within set SLA’s • Processing and maintaining multiple contract variations for seven online subscription products, systems include:- SAP- Salesforce- Management Console back office application- Pre-Compliance back office application• Maintain the integrity of the SAP and SFDC subscriptions database through regular clean-ups, enrichment processes and ensuring data is accurately inputted • To access and interrogate BSI databases for information via the quickest and most direct route, in order to ensure awareness of the most up to date information on BSI products and services• Involvement in internal projects as lead and resource for systems and product development. Providing input where required whilst retaining focus and delivery on attaining KPI’s • Analysing individual subscriptions usage to assist with renewal and sale discussions • Co Product Owner of internal back office application, Management Console. To actively test, collaborate and problem solve system defects, and to highlight specification for product enhancements. Thus ensuring correct planning and management of my work assignments in order to meet business objectives• Providing Training on BSI Products and Back Office Applications to individuals and teams • Attending regular product meetings, providing my own feedback, thoughts and suggestions as well as that of my colleagues • Investigating and providing solutions for complex technical system and product enquiries for my department and throughout the business.
