Grew the W and Le Meridien Hotel brands in key target markets and increased market presence through generating 3 new hotel development opportunities. Directly responsible for closing a W Hotel operating agreement with net present valued at $20.7 million dollars in Houston, Texas; a letter of intent for a W Hotel in Portland, Oregon; and a franchise application for a Westin in Clayton, Missouri.

Directly involved in closing $660 million dollars in acquisitions including Wyndham West shore Tampa, Hotel Icon, The Shores Resort & Spa, Sheraton Universal, and Hilton Washington D.C.

As a consultant with Warnick, I was able to work on very high profile projects including The Montage Laguna Beach, Robert Redford's Sundance Ski Resort, and the City of Phoenix Convention Center Hotel. I provide development consultation for owners.

Based in the Scottsdale, Arizona satellite office, I wrote business plans and investment overviews for potential new developments and submitted to the Board of Directors for approval. Prepared and presented feasibility studies and recommendations to potential owners.

Managed the pre-opening of two Marriott Hotels, which included construction progress reports, hiring key management personnel, acquiring all required licenses, secured health insurance, and coordinated all sales and marketing efforts.
