Personal Statment:While working in various business lines, including the automotive industry, consumer services, and online marketing and support, I have realized that customer support and satisfaction is the key that opens the door for success. I believe that many people in their every day negotiations are really seeking answers, assistance and a path towards getting further ahead every day. Furthermore, as a business it is priority to invest in the client as a result and it is of utmost importance to go above and beyond for the client to adequately maintain a future relationship and word of mouth referrals. Not only is this important for the client’s success but also for my as well as my company to retain integrity and value that will hold true for a successful future.
