Part of the Welfare Payments Infrastructure Transformation (WPIT) program that develops Centrelink’s new customer management and processing platform, Process Direct, built in SAP CRM SAPUI5, utilising CCOE and PSCD modules, that replaces the legacy Income Security Integrated System (ISIS). Within the project, my role is to work within the Pilot Support team to undertake system analysis and documentation of production system bugs and feature enhancements. The Pilot Support team is responsible for supporting Pilot Centrelink sites by solving production software issues.
