I was required to audit the work of the Production team and Pickers to make sure all parts were accounted for in the system. After confirming all parts accounted for, I then packed the machine and entered the pertinent information into our shipping database and delivered the package to the loading bay. Along with this, I was willing to be scheduled for the 'undesirable' shifts of weekends and early mornings, and they knew they could count on my punctuality and willingness to work until the job is accomplished.Along with the physical aspects of the job, it also involved being a representative of the Inn to the conference guests. This included meeting with guests in the morning to open the rooms, periodic checkups, answering questions about our services, and crisis management when something goes wrong or is not working right.
