Project consisted of 1.6 Million SF of diverse office and trading space with a ~$700 Million overall construction budget. Critical systems included fire alarm, security, redundant utility power and mechanical systems, a 2N parallel redundant UPS systems (uninterruptible Power System) sized at 2025 kW each and two (2) 10 Mega Watt generator plants. All mechanical and electrical systems were designed and installed within the Tier IV redundancy guidelines with a clear focus on Risk and Reliability.
