Our team at Grantbook works with philanthropic organizations to develop solutions to meet their technology needs, and make their work and grantmaking easier. As an Implementation Specialist I'm largely involved in working with organizations to help refine & arrive at the right solutions, and then with building and supporting the resulting process.

My team and I were responsible for the development and support of learning applications at the university. My main day-to-day responsibilities included:• Providing phone, walkin & email support for teaching & learning software at the university, working with my team to fix issues, perform upgrades & keep in touch with the teaching & learning community• Providing instructional design consultation for professors & course staff, developing solutions for many teaching & learning situations• Building & administrating several granting programs via Fluidreview & Surveymonkey Apply: developing workflows, designing the application experience, & supporting the applicants and reviewers through the process and resolving any issues as necessary• Writing documentation, both for internal support processes and user-facing software support articles

• Develops content for digital signage, web, and mobile• Configures and maintains client hardware and content remotely• Constructs and configures signage hardware for shipping

• Wrote regular video game column: “Game On”• Received games and press releases to write game previews• Occasionally wrote other special feature articles

• Provided phone, email, and in-person technical support• Created instructional multimedia applications• Assisted in setup/maintenance of office computers and supplies• Planned and executed film shoots for various projects, edited and animated film

Was responsible for organization of library materials and general upkeep.
