Management of a department that delivers the full range digital marketing services, training and consultation to local, national and international companies, both B2B, B2C and those in the NFP/Charity sector.Developed a comprehensive paid acquisition strategy across Google, Facebook, Youtube & Linkedin for a 15 different clients, resulting in an ROI of over 30% in all campaigns, with the highest performing campaign generating over 115% ROI.Designed and delivered a campaign that utilised Facebook marketing, SEO, paid search (Google & Bing) and content marketing for a local service delivery company, resulting in an 117% increase in the number of leads generated. This campaign was a finalist in the Northern Digital Awards 2021.Built out a culture of robust data collection and A/B testing to iteratively improve campaign performance leading to an average improvement of 72% from campaign start to campaign end.Successfully meeting internal KPIs focused on internal sales, efficiency (avoiding over servicing) and overall customer targets (80% of clients now regularly exceed their KPIs each month) & customer satisfaction (75% voting 4/5 or more). I oversaw the expansion of the team by a further two members, adding additional expertise in key areas such as content writing and PR, as well as a motivated junior team member. My work as a youth worker at Warrington Youth Club was centered around facilitating sports and activities for young people of all abilities aged 7-25, mentoring and safeguarding those young people and provided IT technical expertise to support the team in numerous facets, from producing advertising material to managing databases for membership and attendance.

In my role as Assistant Group Head I carried out the day to day running of the group, organising both staff and children throughout the day,acted as Group Head in his absence which included supervising between 4-7 staff members.
