This included implementing NetSuite, establishing O2C & P2P processes/automation, managing month-end close, consolidated financial reporting across 4 global entities, building a dynamic three statement financial model, building consolidated ACV database across 700+ contracts, and supporting the 2022 audit.Once we brought on a Controller and Staff Accountant in 2023, I was able to transition a portion of the recurring Accounting work and focus primarily on monthly management and debt reporting packages, sales compensation planning & performance metrics, leading annual budgeting process, creating 13-week cash forecast for liquidity visibility, and various adhoc analyses for the management team.
